Sleepover

All packed and ready to go with Minnie Santa hat and all.

First we ate macaroni & cheese and watched Cinderella

In the morning, we had donuts!

We found some evidence that we might
have an uninvited guest in our garage.
Aubree and Kurt will tell you all about it:

Then, Aubree took pictures of us in all of our morning beauty:

Such a good sleepover.

Bake Sale!

This little girl had an idea.
She really wanted to have a lemonade stand
but settled for a bake sale due to the season.

She had lots of helpers.

And was highly determined that every car should stop.

Great-Grandma Donna came.

Aunt Eliza is home from school!
Everything is better when Eliza is home.

Sometimes you just need a break from the pressure of sales.

Grandma and Uncle Aaron

Aubree bought some pretty shoes and a dog for
Ellie and herself with her share of the money.
I think it was a great success!

One fun thing about being engaged was...

taking these pretty pictures

We had them taken here by this guy

I thought it would be awkward but we had a blast.

Our First Home

We lived in apartment "G" as in goat.

Before moving in:

After: (when I realized I didn't have any pictures of our
apartment and we were getting ready to move)

Our entertainment room & gym to the right

The bookcase we miss very much.

His:

Hers: (those are my wedding shoes on display)

Kurt dressed up for his Halloween work party. He went as a "fiberoptic cable with an ST connector" (obviously) and his order sheet is taped to his shirt. He works at a company that makes fiberoptic cables so it was funny at work.

One of our last meals at home. We broke out the sparkling cider.

Packing:

We only lived here for 5 months but we have lots of happy memories of this place.

A Good Sunday

On Sunday Aaron received the Melchizedek Priesthood

And, I discovered my lens was dirty so these pictures are a little blurry.

On fast Sundays the Young Men all wear these matching ties with the flags of different countries. I think it's to help them be missionary minded. Aaron will be a great missionary. We're all excited for him.

Shaylyn didn't want Seth to be too far away.

Then, we went to a fireside and heard Grandma and Grandpa Baron speak. They've been called to serve in the Newport Beach Temple Presidency. The Orange County Mormon Chorale provided the music. It was a lovely day.
